While we endeavour to deliver your order within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee these delivery times - especially during busy promotional and sale periods where dispatch may be delayed due to the increased volume of orders.

Dispatch of orders may also be delayed when verification or correction of your payment and/or address information is required prior to dispatch.

Orders may experience delays during the Christmas and New Year period.

Once your online order is dispatched you will receive an email to your nominated email address. This will include your delivery details, tracking number and a link that will allow you to track the status of your delivery.

We may fulfil your order from multiple locations, in this instance, your purchase will be split into multiple parcels. You will receive separate emails with separate tracking numbers for each parcel.

In the event of a split parcels please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

All Jo Mercer Online orders are dispatched from us within 1 - 3 business days.

New Zealand Delivery

To ensure safe arrival of your online order we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel between 9 am to 5 pm.

When delivering to a business address please include the business name.

All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require signature. Should no one be present to accept the delivery, a card will be left detailing the next steps of collection.
